Recently, some netizens posted that a "private posting" function has been added to WeChat Moments. After editing and publishing content, the Moments will be visible only to you. In this regard, Tencent customer service said, "WeChat has now added a private publishing function. It should be noted that this function is currently in the grayscale testing stage for iOS and Android clients, and other models may need to wait for subsequent updates."
Talking about why the new "Private Posting" function was launched, Tencent customer service responded, "The Private Posting function allows users to post to a circle of friends that is only visible to them, preventing the content from being seen by others and enhancing privacy protection. This function is currently in the testing phase and will be gradually optimized to cover more users."
