The delivery cycle of the new generation iPhone 15 has begun to shorten after its launch, but it has not yet reached the level of the iPhone 14 series. The third week of J.P. Morgan's Product Availability Tracker showed that lead times are starting to slow. This is a fairly typical phenomenon and may reflect the delivery cycle trajectory of previous years.

Delivery times have improved by four days over the past week, with most of the changes occurring on high-end models, while non-Pro models have remained "largely unchanged," according to tracking data.

In terms of global delivery time, the arrival time of both iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models in the third week is 17 days, which is the same as in the second week. The iPhone 15 Pro dropped from 36 days to 29 days, while the Pro Max dropped from 54 days to 46 days.

Compared with the iPhone 14 generation in the third week, it takes longer. At this stage last year, the iPhone 14 and Plus took 3 days and 0 days respectively, while the Pro and ProMax took 31 and 39 days respectively.

J.P. Morgan said the longer delivery times for non-Pro models were "at least partly attributable to supply issues, which have since been resolved." The extension in Pro lead times "may be affected by a combination of early order momentum and supply slowdowns."

In the US, iPhone 15 and Plus lead times remained unchanged at 15 days between weeks, while Pro and Pro Max lead times shortened from 54 and 61 days to 28 and 35 days respectively.

In China, lower-end models also remain unchanged at 21 days each. Pro models have slowed down again, with the Pro shortening from 36 days to 29 days and the ProMax shortening from 50 days to 43 days.

In European tracking, German lead times have been shortened for all models, from 17 days to 15 days for non-Pro models. Pro has been reduced from 37 days to 32 days, and ProMax has also been reduced from 48 days to 42 days.

In the UK, iPhone 15 and Plus delivery times remain unchanged at 15 days. Pro has been shortened from 35 days to 28 days, and ProMax has been shortened from 59 days to 44 days.
