Unknowingly, we have entered the fourth quarter of 2023. Another year is coming to an end, and the latest flagship SoCs from MediaTek and Qualcomm are about to be unveiled. Today, digital blogger "Digital Chat Station" broke the news that,The latest prototype of MediaTek Dimensity 9300 has a frequency of 3.25GHz±, a CPU scheduling of 1*X4+3*X4+4*A720, and a GPU of ImmortalisG720MC12.

Unfortunately, the specific running scores of Dimensity 9300 are still confidential, but the blogger revealed that in AnTuTu V10,Dimensity 9300’s CPU and GPU double-kill Qualcomm Snapdragon 8Gen3.The GPU will be higher, but the energy consumption performance that everyone is most concerned about is still unknown.

It is reported that MediaTek Dimensity 9300 is based on TSMC N4P process. For the first time, it adopts a full large-core architecture design, with 4 Cortex-X4 ultra-large cores.

According to information released by Arm, compared to X3, Cortex-X4 performance is improved by 15% and power consumption is reduced by 40%. Not surprisingly, Dimensity 9300 will sprint to the performance ceiling and become MediaTek’s strongest SoC, just ahead of Apple A17Pro and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8Gen3.

It is understood that the vivoX100 series will be equipped with Dimensity 9300 for the first time. The new phone will be officially unveiled in November, which is worth looking forward to.
