As widely expected, all four iPhone 15 models feature USB-C ports, replacing the Lightning port that has been used since 2012's iPhone 5. Apple also offers a USB-C charging case for AirPods Pro and released wired EarPods with a USB-C connector.

Despite this, there are still a handful of Apple devices and accessories on sale that still feature a Lightning port:

iPhone14Plus, iPhone14, iPhone13 and iPhoneSE

9th generation iPad

Second and third generation AirPods

AirPodsMax

First generation Apple Pencil

Magic Keyboard for Mac

MagicMouse

MagicTrackpad

Various cables and adapters

After the iPhone 15 launch, Apple stopped sales of MagSafe plug-in power banks and MagSafeDuo lightning charger accessories.

Some of these products may be updated to USB-C in the future, such as AirPods Max and the three Magic accessories for Mac, while the previous-generation products on the list (such as older iPhones, iPads, and Apple Pencil) will gradually fade out of the market, but at least for now, Apple's Lightning era is not completely over.
