Surface Laptop Studio 2 looks to have a similar design to the original, with the display sliding forward to convert from laptop to tablet (Microsoft calls it studio mode). Microsoft appears to be addressing some of the original model's pain points, with a modern 13th-generation Intel processor inside and a new microSD card slot and USB-A port.

According to WinFuture, the highest configuration of Surface Laptop Studio 2 will include an RTX 4050 or 4060 GPU and up to 64GB of memory. If accurate, this will be the first Surface product to come with 64GB of memory. It is rumored that Surface Laptop Studio 2 will also have a base model including Intel IrisXe graphics processor. WinFuture said Surface Laptop Studio 2 will start shipping on October 3.

Microsoft is also expected to release the Surface Go 4 with Intel's N200 processor next week, but photos of the device have yet to leak. However, marketing images of Surface Laptop Go3 have been leaked, and it looks very similar to the existing Surface Laptop Go2. It is rumored that this new model will be equipped with Intel’s 12th generation CPU and should also be available in early October.
