GameSpot (6/10):
inZOI has many advantages, such as beautiful characters and world, rich and easy-to-use customization options, a vivid and immersive open world, and smooth performance that can be played even on low-end PCs. However, the day-to-day gameplay is disappointing, and the overall atmosphere is too cold and humorless.
Overall, my experience with inZOI was disappointing. While I know there are more items and cosmetics coming to the game, and that there's plenty of time and potential for the developers to focus more on the social interaction aspects of the game, the game currently isn't enjoyable to play, and I'm worried that inZOI won't be as focused on the social simulation aspect as I'd like. Although I choose to remain optimistic, after spending dozens of hours with inZOI, I have come to the conclusion that I will likely not continue playing the game until the game's development time has increased significantly.
TheGamer(8/10):
inZOI is undeniably impressive visually and gameplay-wise, and there's enough content to keep players hooked even in its early Early Access release. Players will spend countless hours customizing characters, buildings, and furniture right out of the gate, before they even begin to live digitally. Fans of life simulation games will definitely embrace this game, if they can get over a few minor obstacles. As long as developer Krafton delivers regular updates and delivers on all the promises made in its development, the true test of inZOI's claim to being the king of life simulation games will surely come over time.
The life simulation game "inZOI Cloud Ethnics: Creative Workshop Trial Version" is now open to everyone on Steam from March 23rd to March 27th. As of press time, the demo version has received particularly positive reviews.
