JD.com officially announced today that it has officially launched a "dish partner" recruitment plan, using 1 billion in cash to find partners for 1,000 signature dishes.According to reports, the partners only need to provide the recipe of the dishes and cooperate in research and development, and the joint quality catering production platform - Qixian Kitchen will be responsible for the freshly fried production and strict quality control.
Become a partner and get a guaranteed share of RMB 1 million for each dish.

There is no cap on the share of dish sales, and both brand restaurants and individual chefs can sign up.
Currently, Chef Fei, Jiahe Yipin, Ziyan Baiwei Chicken, Uncle Park Bibimbap, etc. have signed up to become the first batch of candidate partners.


It is reported that JD.com's "Qixian Xiaochu" takeaway self-operated store has officially opened recently. This is JD.com's first self-operated takeaway store. The store is located in Dongcheng District, Beijing.
Users can place orders online and adopt the "takeaway + self-pickup" model, but there is no dine-in option.
A staff member of Qixian Kitchen said, “Everything is fried and cooked on the spot, there are no pre-made dishes.”


JD.com said it will invest tens of billions of dollars to build a new supply chain and plans to build 10,000 Qixian Kitchens across the country within three years.
