After the keynote speech at the 2026 Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 2026), Apple pushed the first iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, tvOS 27 and visionOS 27 beta versions to developers for early functional testing and application adaptation of the new system. Registered developers can choose to join the test program and download the corresponding beta system in the "Settings" application of each device.

This round of beta versions already contains a large number of new features that Apple demonstrated at the launch event that day, but some of the demo content will not be launched immediately in the first version. One of the highlights is the redesigned Siri: Apple provides it with a standalone application and adds new artificial intelligence functions to system applications such as photos, camera and wallet to improve the user experience such as image processing, shooting assistance and daily payment management.
In addition to core improvements, iOS 27 and other platform systems have also added dozens of new features, as well as numerous detailed optimizations and functional fine-tuning. Relevant changes are expected to be disclosed and experienced in the next few weeks, and the media and developer community will also conduct a more in-depth analysis of the new system through hands-on reports, usage guides, and skill sharing.
The currently released beta version is only for developers who need to adapt to new features first, and is not recommended for ordinary users to install and use on their main devices. Apple plans to launch a public beta to the public in July, where any user can try out the new system after signing up for a program. According to the established schedule, iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, tvOS 27 and visionOS 27 will be officially released to all users this fall.
