Recently, the topic of "Two carrot chapters from Chengxing Group defrauded 30 billion yuan" has aroused heated discussion among netizens. In response, JD.com issued a statement this afternoon saying that as an unsuspecting victim, JD.com was involved in a malicious lawsuit that lasted for four years, and the company's reputation and rights and interests suffered heavy losses.

JD.com stated that Noah Wealth and Gopher Asset still ignored the trust of investors, refused to examine their internal management issues, and maliciously launched an incredibly high-cost lawsuit against third-party JD.com in an attempt to confuse the public, continue to mislead investors and the public, shirk and transfer responsibilities, and find "scapegoats" for themselves. JD.com said it believed that the court would judge the case fairly.

Regarding the content of this statement, Noah Wealth also issued a statement in response, stating that the "Chengxing 618" case occurred in June 2019. Shanghai Gopher, as the plaintiff, initiated a civil lawsuit in July 2019 against Chengxing, JD.com and other defendants. The court accepted and filed the case in 2019.

Noah Wealth said: We believe that the description in the statement, such as "Noah Wealth has had more than ten similar incidents in recent years, with tens of billions of funds..." is seriously inaccurate and has infringed on our company's reputation. Our company will take legal measures to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.

It is reported that the cause of this incident is that Luo Jing's Chengxing company has supply chain trade and other business dealings with JD.com and Suning. The Chengxing company first advances funds to purchase the goods, and JD.com and Suning then settle the accounts with them. The Chengxing company acts as a middleman to earn the difference.

This business will cause Chengxing companies to have more accounts receivable, and accounts receivable can be used for financing.

As a result, Luo Jing's Chengxing Department used methods such as impersonating company employees and engraving official seals to fabricate business with JD.com, Suning and other companies, and defrauded financing, amounting to more than 30 billion, with Noah Wealth as the lender.
