The staff of Changsha Blood Center said that after verifying with the advertising department, they determined that the advertisement was issued by Changsha Blood Center.
"When we reviewed it, we deleted this part. It may be that the subway did not publish the version we revised at that time, or it issued the wrong version. We will arrange for staff to remove the advertisement."
