(hereinafter referred to as "Yuke Digital"), was officially registered and established on December 24, 2024.
According to public information, the legal representative of Youke Digital is Feng Ji, and its business scope covers Internet game services, publication wholesale, publication retail, animation and game development and other fields. Equity penetration information confirms that the company is 100% wholly-owned by Game Science.
Game Science has attracted the attention of players and industries around the world because of the 3A-level action role-playing game "Black Myth: Wukong" currently under development. With its excellent visual effects and content quality, the game has won important awards such as the Best Visual Effects Award at Gamescom 2023 and the Ultimate Game of the Year at the 2024 Golden Joystick Award. Market expectations continue to rise.
Analysts believe that the new company’s business scope points to multiple potential directions such as game development, distribution and IP derivative operations. This may be Game Science's structural preparation for the future release, operation and related derivative businesses of "Black Myth: Wukong", or it may mean that the team has begun planning longer-term products and business lines in addition to the core project.
