This morning, BMW Blog published a set of pictures of a camouflaged test car of BMW's new all-electric coupe SUV iX4 appearing on German roads. This further confirms that the X4 series is about to bid farewell to fuel models. It is reported that the new car is internally codenamed NA7 and is based on the Neue Klasse platform. It is also the first pure electric crossover coupe in BMW history.

Its body is covered with heavy camouflage, showing a distinct coupe silhouette and perfectly continuing the X4's iconic fastback shape.

Compared with the previous generation X4, the new car has a lower and more aggressive stance, and the expanded fenders enhance the feeling of being close to the ground.

The front design continues the iX3 family characteristics, but starting from the B-pillar, the overall shape of the vehicle has undergone significant changes.

At the dynamic level,iX4 is equipped with the sixth-generation eDrive electric drive system and an 800V high-voltage platform. The dual-motor version has a maximum power of 463 horsepower, a CLTC range of 580-620 kilometers, and a 10-minute fast charge can replenish energy for 350 kilometers.
