FSP is preparing a new power supply with a power of up to 2500W, equipped with up to four native PCIe5.0 interfaces, which can drive four RTX4090 graphics cards easily and stress-free. The public version of RTX4090 came standard with a 12VHPWR 16-pin power supply interface, but it frequently suffered burnouts. It was later upgraded to 12V-2x6, which strengthened the mechanical structure and pin design, making it stronger and safer.
FSP's 2500W power supply is equipped with four such new interfaces, each corresponding to an RTX4090, and there are also three PCIe6+2-pin interfaces, so another RTX4090 can be connected through an adapter cable, totaling five yuan.
Of course, the RTX4090TGP power consumption is set to 450W, and the five models have 2250W. This leaves only 250W for other parts of the system, which is obviously not enough.
This power supply adopts a fully modular design.80PLUS platinum certification, conversion efficiency not less than 94%, and complies with the ATX123.1 power supply standard, the standby power consumption is less than 0.5W, and is equipped with a 135mm smart fan.
Other interfaces include: 1 20+4-pin main power supply, 3 4+4 CPU power supplies, 14 SATA power supplies, and 6 MOLEXD-shaped power supplies.
Facing the future RTX50 series, it can still handle it easily.
