According to news on March 20, on December 10, 2025, Mr. Lu, a Changchun citizen, encountered a thrilling and malicious road rage incident while driving to the Xinmin Square roundabout in Chaoyang District. Within one minute, a black Land Rover deliberately stopped Mr. Lu's vehicle eight times in a row when the road was clear, eventually causing a rear-end collision between the two vehicles. This process was completely recorded by the driving recorder.
The traffic police initially determined at the scene that this was beyond the scope of an ordinary traffic accident and was suspected of dangerous driving. Therefore, no conventional traffic accident liability determination was issued at that time. However, subsequent developments in the case left the victims helpless.
The relevant departments subsequently made a decision not to file the case on the grounds that the crime was obviously minor and there was no need to pursue criminal liability. The traffic police department stated that it had transferred the case to the local police station and legal brigade many times, but none of them were accepted.
