Asta Jonasson, a woman who once worked as Vin Diesel's assistant, filed a lawsuit against the actor on Thursday, claiming that in 2010 he pushed her against the wall of a hotel suite and Vin Diesel forced her to masturbate to him.
Asta Jonasson claims she was working for the actor in Atlanta, where he was filming Fast and Furious 5, when he took her to his suite at the St. Regis Hotel and forced her into bed.
She begged him to stop and headed toward the door, but he came over and began touching her breasts and kissing her chest, according to the lawsuit. He tried to pull down her panties and she screamed and ran to the bathroom.
Hours later, Vin Diesel's sister Samantha Vincent, president of his company, called Jonasson and fired her, according to the lawsuit.
"It was obvious to her that she was fired because she was no longer useful. Vin Diesel used her to satisfy his sexual desires, and she resisted his sexual advances. Ms. Jonasson felt like a piece of trash to be discarded. Vin Diesel's attorney, Bryan Freedman, released a statement Thursday afternoon denying the allegations. Bryan Freedman stated that Vin Diesel denied all these accusations, and that the accusations occurred 13 years ago and were initiated by an employee who only worked for 9 days. He said there was "clear evidence that completely refutes these ridiculous accusations."
