The frames may be slightly thicker than traditional glasses, but lightweight materials will be used. It is reported that Apple is testing a variety of frame styles, including large rectangular frames, oval or round frames similar to the Ray-Ban Wayfarer, as well as slim rectangular designs close to the style of Tim Cook, and trying different colors and acetate materials.
Functionally,The product is not expected to operate independently, but instead relies on an iPhone via Bluetooth. Built-in camera, speaker and microphone, can be used for taking pictures, video recording, audio playback, calls and voice interaction.
