Recently, the Internet celebrity anchor "He Dongdong 921" with more than 24 million fans posted a video through his personal social account, saying that gold, Hermès bags and other valuables with a total value of nearly 3 million yuan at home were stolen by his driver, and he has reported the case to the police.

According to media reports, its company employees revealed that the driver involved joined the company at the end of October last year and had only been on the job for three or four months. During this period, the driver deliberately created the opportunity to stay alone at the anchor's home under the pretext of working overtime for free, creating conditions for committing theft.

He Dongdong himself recalled that there was originally a transparent glass bottle containing golden beans at home, but he did not carefully count it on weekdays. It was not until he discovered that the number of golden beans in the bottle had significantly decreased that he began to fully inventory the belongings at home, and then discovered that many luxury bags were missing.

He Dongdong then retrieved the surveillance camera at home, and the surveillance footage showed that while she and her team were busy in the work area, the driver secretly sneaked into the living area to steal.

The driver was later found, confessed to the theft on the spot, and signed a reimbursement commitment.

The content of the commitment letter shows that since December 2025, the driver has stolen 3 Hermès bags, 2 Dior bags, as well as gold, four-leaf clover necklaces and other property from He Dongdong’s home. He promised to return them in kind as much as possible, and stated that the commitment was signed voluntarily and there was no coercion or fraud.

The two parties originally agreed to return the property within a week in early March this year, but after the agreement expired, the driver lost contact directly, and He Dongdong's team immediately called the police.

On the afternoon of April 20, the local police station responded and confirmed that He Dongdong’s report was true, and the case is still under further investigation.
