According to AndroidHeadlines,ASUS is about to launch a new tablet, ASUS Pad, and design renderings and some specifications have been exposed.The tablet is positioned as a large screen and light, equipped with a 12.2-inch dual-layer OLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz, and supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos sound effects.

ASUS Pad adopts a four-sided narrow frame design with equal width. The metal body is slightly curved and the back is flat. The upper left corner (vertical screen state) is the camera island, which contains a single camera and LED flash. The camera island is slightly raised.

The body is equipped with dual stereo speakers. The body is 6.5mm thick and weighs only 523g, which is quite thin and light for a 12.2-inch tablet.
