Previously, as early as December 25, 2025, BYD's Legal Department announced the results of the first instance of the case. The court determined that "Long Ge Talking Trams" had fabricated and spread false information, damaging the reputation of the BYD brand. It ordered the defendant to stop the infringement, eliminate the impact, and compensate BYD 2 million yuan.
According to public information, the blogger has been posting videos on online platforms for a long time, frequently publishing false remarks and negative and derogatory content against many domestic car companies.
