According to official news from Nexperia China, Wingtech Technology has officially launched legal proceedings in China against Nexperia Holland’s improper interference, and the case has been accepted by the judicial authorities. According to reports, Wingtech Technology has filed a lawsuit against Allianz Holland in the Intermediate People’s Court of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and the court has filed a case.

Previously, on the evening of May 22, China Wingtech Technology Co., Ltd. issued a major litigation announcement. It officially announced that it had sued six defendants, including Nexperia's Dutch headquarters and its related parties, in a Chinese court, requiring the defendants to jointly and severally compensate for the economic losses caused by them, which is temporarily estimated at 8 billion yuan, and to restore control of its Dutch chip manufacturing department.

According to the exchange announcement, Wingtech Technology filed a lawsuit with the Intermediate People's Court of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, claiming that the Dutch government's measures to restrict its control over the headquarters of Allianz Netherlands and related court judgments constituted discriminatory foreign sanctions in accordance with China's "Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law."

Accordingly, multiple demands were made to the court: to order the defendant to immediately stop implementing and assisting in the implementation of various restrictive infringement measures, to withdraw relevant local judicial proceedings in the Netherlands, and to revoke the administrative ministerial order issued by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs in September 2025 in accordance with the Goods Availability Act;

If the defendant refuses to fulfill the judgment, Wingtech Technology applies to the court for a ruling to transfer the equity of Nexperia and its subordinate and related subsidiaries to Wingtech Technology for free.

According to media reports, in response to the lawsuit announcement filed by Wingtech Technology, Nexperia responded: "We have taken note of the announcement issued by Wingtech Technology and learned that the relevant court has not yet heard the case. We regret to see that Wingtech Technology seems to have no intention of seeking a solution that is beneficial to all stakeholders, including its shareholders, and will continue to urge Wingtech Technology to engage in public dialogue."

However, Nexperia Netherlands’s response did not mention the trigger of the dispute: On September 30, 2025, the Dutch government forced the takeover of Nexperia Semiconductor on the grounds that intellectual property rights and business technology may have flowed to China. Subsequently, in order to ease bilateral economic and trade conflicts, the Netherlands revoked the takeover decree.

However, according to the latest announcement from Wingtech Technology, although the ministerial order involved has been suspended, the previous judicial ruling made by the Dutch Enterprise Court is still legally binding, and Wingtech is still unable to fully exercise the relevant control rights of Anshi at this stage.
