At the domestic high-end industrial control system seminar, China Industrial Internet Research Institute (Industrial Federation Institute), Hualong Xunda, and Loongson Zhongke jointly releasedA new high-end independent PLC controller "JICPLC8010" based on Loongson processor.This product is equipped withLoongson 3A5000 high-performance processor, based on the 100% self-developed LoongArch architecture instruction set, four cores, 16MB L3 cache, main frequency 2.3-2.5GHz, peak computing power of 160GFlops, and typical power consumption of only 35W.
At the same time, it uses a domestic operating system and Hualong Xunda’s self-developed compiler and controller technology.It supports a variety of standard industrial bus protocols, can connect 65535 I/O points, can drive 512 servos in a 2ms task cycle, and has a running time jitter of less than 20 microseconds.
The overall performance of JICPLC8010 has reached the level of similar imported products and can be used in domestic equipment, automated production lines, new energy, rail transportation and other fields.
Currently, the system has been put into trial operation on medium-speed packaging machines and Weichai Power's large-scale power flexible flywheel assembly lines.
Based on the independent command architecture, Loongson Zhongke can achieve higher control performance and security, create an independent and controllable industrial chain, build new industrial automation infrastructure for industrial enterprises, and help high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
