"Kung Fu Girls" is Stephen Chow's sincere work that once again delved into the Kung Fu football theme 25 years after "Shaolin Soccer". It continues the iconic nonsensical comedy style and focuses on the women's football field. "Kung Fu Girls" has a total investment of 380 million yuan. The film is 106 minutes long, equipped with 1,200 sets of special effects shots, and uses a large number of CG images to present famous scenes of the integration of kung fu and football., the post-production polishing took a whole year, and Xing Ye followed the whole process and adjusted the visual effects details frame by frame. The lead actor closed the special training ball several months in advance to enhance the shape and fit the image of a female football player.
