Current expectations for the Galaxy S24 Ultra, as well as the Galaxy S24 and S24+, are that they will support the same charging speeds as their 2023 predecessors - 45W for the Plus and Ultra, and 25W for the base S23. The battery capacity of the two smaller models will be slightly larger, but the difference is only 100/200mAh.
Leaker Roland Quandt writes: "Even so, Samsung is developing new chargers. The first will be the 50W wired Samsung Charger Duo. This charger will have two USB-C ports, so it will be possible to have a maximum power of 45W when using one port and 2x25W when using both ports. The model number of this charger is EP-T5020."
The other is the upgraded version of Samsung’s 45W power adapter (EP-T4510) EP-T4511. It's not entirely clear what the differences are between the two, but this charger should have a USB-C port like the older model.
The old T4510 supports USBPD3.0PDO and PPS, while the new model does not add too many features, because USBPD3.1 mainly involves higher power range (up to 240W), which is not required by current Samsung Galaxy phones.
It goes without saying that these new chargers need to be purchased separately - like many other smartphone manufacturers, Samsung no longer ships chargers in the box with its phones.
