Huawei officially issued a statement saying that recently,China Mobile Research Institute, Zhejiang Mobile and Huawei took the lead in completing 5G-A outdoor contiguous networking and indoor 3CC construction in many places in Hangzhou. The measured average downlink rate of the live network has exceeded 4Gbps.This move created a 5G-A3CC pioneer demonstration area and also marked that Zhejiang Mobile has officially launched 5G-A large-scale commercialization.
Zhejiang Mobile has built a 5G-A3CC network experience demonstration area near the Hangzhou Grand Theater and InterContinental Hotel. The continuous 3CC coverage of multiple sites allows users to be the first to experience the ultimate 5G-A network experience on the road, while ensuring the smooth operation of applications such as naked-eye 3D and XR/VR cloud games in the car.
Near the West Lake Baguatian Heritage Park, the outdoor peak downlink rate can reach 4216Mbps, providing West Lake visitors with the ultimate online experience.
It is understood that as one of the important technologies of 5G-A, 3CC (3Component Carrier, three-carrier aggregation) is the basic experience network of 5G-A. 5G-A3CC can further improve network quality and experience through the three-carrier networking solution, combined with deterministic experience guarantee and other technologies.
Compared with traditional 5G networks, 3CC uses the large bandwidth of 260MHz to provide users with the ultimate network experience and meet the network needs of new services such as naked-eye 3D and XR/VR on-demand, live broadcast, and cloud games.
