Yesterday, Samsung released the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra - all three models introduce Galaxy AI artificial intelligence capabilities, and all models will run the Android 14 system with OneUI6.1 on top, which is different from any other Samsung device to date (they all work on OneUI6).
So if you have an older Samsung phone, you might be wondering if your device will get some AI features at some point. The good news is: the answer is yes. According to Samsung itself, there will be "many" of these features coming to the released devices.
The Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23FE, Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Tab S9 series will receive these AI features, at least initially. All of these products will add AI features in the first half of this year.
This means that the aforementioned devices will be updated to OneUI 6.1 by the end of June, which will include "many" of the AI features that first appeared on the S24 series - many, but not all, it should be noted. It's unclear which features will be streamlined and which won't.
