Pengcheng's first satellite and Pengcheng Nanke-1 satellite is an integrated technology verification satellite for "synesthesia and intelligent computing". It was jointly developed by Galaxy Aerospace and Pengcheng Laboratory, the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering of Southern University of Science and Technology, the National Key Laboratory of Satellite Internet, and the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Aerospace Communications and Network Technology. This satellite is the first technology verification satellite in China to jointly launch 5G NTN base stations, core networks, satellite-borne AI computing, satellite-to-ground lasers, and microwave communications into the sky.
