[Mark Gurman: Apple will launch smart home hub HomeView and join forces with LG to improve the product line] On October 12, well-known technology reporter Mark Gurman published an article saying that Apple plans to release a new generation of smart home products on October 13, including the smart home hub HomeView equipped with an A18 chip and a display, as well as the new HomePod mini equipped with the S10 chip and the Apple TV equipped with the A19 chip. HomeView is available in desktop and wall-mounted versions and is expected to be available in mid-November; the latter two products are expected to go on sale on October 30. Gurman said that Apple is also cooperating with LG Electronics to develop smart doorbells, door locks, thermostats, security cameras and other equipment, and plans to launch them under the "Apple Home Collection" brand.
