[China's cumulative installed capacity of wind and solar power exceeds 2 billion kilowatts] October 26th. From January to September this year, the newly installed capacity of wind power and solar power generation was approximately 170 million kilowatts. As of the end of September 2026, the cumulative installed capacity of wind power and solar power generation reached 2.01 billion kilowatts. Among them, the installed capacity of solar power generation was 1.31 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 16.5%; the installed wind power capacity was 700 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 20.4%.
