[Shanghai: Promote the accelerated deployment of low-orbit and medium-orbit constellations and explore the joint development of multi-orbit constellations and the planning and construction of computing power constellations] On October 26, Shanghai issued the "Shanghai Satellite Internet Industry Innovation and Development Action Plan (2027-2030)". It was mentioned that we should explore the multi-track linkage development constellation system. Promote the accelerated deployment of low-orbit and medium-orbit constellations, explore the joint development of multi-orbit constellations and the planning and construction of computing power constellations, and build a flexible, complementary, and seamless space-ground integration network across the entire domain. The constellation has more than 3,000 satellites in orbit and has completed the construction of the VDES system. It strives to have a network capacity of more than 150Tbps and realize constellation networking based on inter-satellite laser links.
