[Vice Minister of Science and Technology Zhang Guangjun attended the high-level conference on international cooperation in open science] September 12th, according to the Ministry of Science and Technology, on September 11, the high-level conference on international cooperation in open science was held in Shanghai. Zhang Guangjun, member of the Party Leadership Group of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Vice Minister, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. With the theme of "Consultation, Collaboration, Sharing and Win-win", the conference carried out exchanges and discussions around six major topics: promoting global governance of open science, strengthening capacity building in developing countries, deepening global cooperation in open science data sharing, developing shared scientific research infrastructure and resources, promoting the open circulation of world-class scientific journals, and enhancing public understanding and participation in open science.
