Abstract:
According to "Business Insider", OpenAI CEO Sam Altman briefly changed his name on X to "Ram Altman". RAM refers to memory. Previously, Ultraman made controversial remarks on how to allocate memory resources, and was ridiculed by netizens for having too much appetite for computer memory.

On October 29 this year, Altman said in a podcast that it is "pretty bad" that a large amount of memory is idle in personal computers (the utilization rate is only about 5%), and advocated that the scarce memory supply should be prioritized for allocation to cloud data centers to maximize utilization.
Ultraman's remarks caused dissatisfaction among others. His old rival Musk also posted a meme mockingly saying, "People also have the right to own their memory!".
An X user responded to a post by Ultraman about how humans should continue to control the future of AI and wrote, "Sam, come here, come here," along with a picture: several memory sticks lead to a trap made of cardboard boxes, which are supported as if waiting for prey to take the bait.

Ultraman agrees to change its name to RAM
When another user asked if he could change his account name to "Ram Altman," Altman responded: "Yeah, no problem." He then changed his name.
However, this name change only lasted a short time. As of 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Altman's X profile name had returned to "Sam Altman."
It is unclear why he changed his name back to his original name, and OpenAI declined to comment.
