The shares were sold at prices ranging from $331.44 to $333.94 per share, close to Apple's current stock price of $332.89 and close to its 52-week high of $345.34.

Cook’s share sale occurred after the settlement of 374,541 restricted stock units (RSUs) on October 1, which were converted into an equal number of common shares. Apple withheld 199,038 shares, valued at $65,746,232 at $330.32 per share, to cover withholding tax obligations related to RSU vesting. The vesting of RSUs depends on Apple's three-year total shareholder return performance relative to the S&P 500 Index, with Apple ranking at the 76.20th percentile.

Cook’s stock sale on October 2 was executed in accordance with a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, which he formulated on May 28, 2026. In addition, Cook disposed of 26,325 shares by gift on October 2.

After the completion of these transactions, Cook beneficially holds 3,237,843 shares of Apple common stock through his trust.
