Microsoft extends App-V Server support until October 2029, extending enterprise migration window for another three years

Abstract:

Microsoft announced that it will bring the classic application virtualization infrastructure App-V Server back into fixed life cycle extension support, which will be extended to October 9, 2029, extending the support period by three years beyond the original end of April 2026. This move will buy enterprises still relying on App-V servers more time to evaluate and migrate to new application delivery solutions.
