Musk's Grokipedia releases version 0.3, revamped homepage and editorial dynamic pages

📅 2026-10-01

Abstract:

Grokipedia, an AI encyclopedia website operated by SpaceXAI, has launched version 0.3 update, which has adjusted the website logo, homepage and real-time editing page. The new homepage no longer only has a logo and search box, but now includes a list of selected articles, popular articles, and the latest editorial updates. Selected articles are presented in the form of a rotatable digital book, while popular articles are displayed in a horizontally scrolling spine. The real-time editing page also makes it easier for users to browse multiple recent modifications at the same time.

The article page has also been slightly adjusted, including optimizing the presentation of key fact tables and reducing text line spacing, but the overall content layout has not changed much. SpaceXAI design lead Benji Taylor called this a "renewed" Grokipedia.

Grokipedia was launched as version 0.1 at the end of October 2025. At that time, the website pages were generated by artificial intelligence and modeled on Wikipedia content; version 0.2 was released about a month later. Earlier this year, the website appeared to have stopped updating.

The "Law Review" website Lawfare said in August this year that according to its observation, there had been no entry changes in Grokipedia for more than three months. The recent restart of updates and the launch of a new version indicate that SpaceXAI may refocus on this project internally; the company has not responded to relevant requests for comment.
