Abstract:

Many netizens have reported that when using the Huawei mobile phone to open the CHEDI app, the actual test video related to the Zunjie V800 cannot be played normally. In response to this widely discussed issue, official customer service has given a clear response. Recently, many netizens posted their actual operation screen recordings on social platforms, showing that when using a Huawei mobile phone to open the content related to the Zunjie V800 brake test in the Chedi App, the video position directly displays the "Stay tuned" prompt that the function is being opened one after another, and it cannot be loaded and played normally at all.

In the early days of the incident, many netizens speculated that Huawei took the initiative to restrict the playback of related videos at the system level out of consideration for related incidents. However, more user tests later found that the unplayable content was not limited to Zunjie V800-related test videos. All off-site jump videos labeled as Douyin in the Dianchedi App could not be opened and played normally.

Relevant industry insiders revealed that the core reason for this abnormal playback is very simple. It is the Hongmeng system’s exclusive version of the Dianchedi App. It did not make jump adaptation work in advance to connect to the Douyin video source, and it has nothing to do with system-level permission restrictions.

Huawei mobile phone official customer service also officially responded to user inquiries, stating that it understands the adaptation issues related to the Hongmeng version of the Hongmeng version of the car, and will optimize and fix them in subsequent App version updates. For the specific repair implementation time, please refer to the actual version upgrade notice in the App store.
