Zunjie V800 released the third-party brake pedal test results, and the host who understands the car raised questions three times

📅 2026-10-13

Abstract:

On October 13,

Zunjie Auto announced the third-party test results of the V800 brake pedal this morning

. According to official information, on the 11th of this month, a nationally recognized third-party testing agency inspected the Zunjie V800 brake pedal. The results showed that it complied with the requirements of the industry standard QC/T 788-2018 (longitudinal force 1500N, displacement ≤5mm). After strict inspection to a longitudinal force of 3000N, no cracks or damage occurred. After the result was announced, it quickly topped the hot search list.

At the same time, according to the content sent to car owners by sales, Zunjie admitted that the strength redundancy of the brake pedal bracket base needs to be improved under extremely violent and destructive stress conditions. It is working hard to optimize the plan and is expected to start upgrading one after another from November.

However,

The host "Knowing Cars Corgi Dongmen" who participated in the test and stepped on the brake pedals of three V800s disagreed with this result

, posted three Weibo posts to question: First, he questioned the difference between static loading and dynamic loading, pointing out that PP polypropylene + GF40 faces static load and instantaneous dynamic load are not the same thing, and asked the testing agency for the inspection seal; second, he believed that the company has test sites, vehicles, equipment and personnel, using 10 It is not difficult to brake at 100km/h with 1500N applied 6 times per minute. I question why it has to be sent all the way for inspection; thirdly, for sample 01002, the 1500N permanent deformation is 4.07mm and the limit is 5mm. I think it is "really stuck with the limit", and this is a carefully selected part for inspection.

As of press time, Zunjie Automobile has not yet responded to the above questions, and we will stay tuned.
