Recently, there are reports that AMD may release the new Radeon RX7650GRE graphics card at CES2025, adding new options to the RDNA3 architecture product line. The latest news shows that this new card is not expected to be unveiled together with RDNA4 products at CES2025, but it may be launched in the first quarter of next year.

The naming of RX7650GRE has been basically determined. Although the Lunar Year of the Rabbit has long ended, this graphics card product will still use the GRE suffix and is expected to become an exclusive product for the Chinese market, replacing the RX6750GRE series that has bottomed out.

Benchlife believes that the RX7650GRE will most likely use the Navi33 chip and share the same chip configuration with the existing Radeon RX7600 series. This will be the third desktop independent graphics card using this chip.

As for the specific specifications and configuration, it is not yet clear, but it is expected to be positioned in the entry-level market, providing a cost-effective option for consumers with limited budgets.

AMD launched the Radeon RX6750GRE series of graphics cards based on the RDNA2 architecture in October last year. Although it uses the previous generation architecture, it has won the favor of many players with its good basic performance and pricing. Obviously AMD intends to continue this strategy and bring new GRE products to the Chinese market.
