In the letter, she also paid tribute to the contribution of former chairman Mr. Li Zixue to the company. She mentioned that Li Zixue led the management team to take over the task at the most difficult period of the company, led the company to quickly get out of the trough, stabilized its operating fundamentals, successfully grasped key opportunities such as China's 5G construction, and clarified the strategy for the AI era, laying a solid foundation for the company's steady development.

It is understood that Ms. Fang Rong is a senior expert in the information and communications industry. She graduated from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications majoring in communications engineering and has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, R&D and management. He joined ZTE in 1995 and ZTE in 1997. He served as Senior Vice President of ZTE for more than ten years from 1998 to 2009. He has been a member of the board of directors of ZTE since 2018 and serves as a non-executive director of ZTE.
