The new generation Lexus ES will be launched in April this year.The interior of the new car has been fully upgraded, adopting a dual-screen design. The main color of the new car's cockpit is elegant green. The center console is equipped with two floating screens of the same size. The lower part retains touch physical buttons. The central control screen supports multi-window display, with shortcut menus on the left and lower parts. The passenger screen focuses on entertainment functions.

The car is equipped with a large instrument screen, the steering wheel is designed with touch buttons, and the doors are equipped with ambient lights. At the same time, the new car uses an electronic gear lever, retains the electronic handbrake, and AUTOHOLD buttons, and both front and rear seats are equipped with massage functions.

In appearance, it adopts a low-lying coupe stance, with a closed grille design at the front, narrow split headlights on both sides, and a honeycomb texture decoration on the lower part. The body lines are smooth, with concave profiles on the doors, large black wheels, and black trim strips on the side skirts and wheel arches.

Compared with the previous generation model, the body length of the new car is increased by 165mm, the wheelbase is lengthened by 80mm, the rear of the car is equipped with through-type taillights, and the rear surround adopts a simple layered design.

In terms of power, the new generation ES is available in both hybrid and pure electric versions. The hybrid model is ES 300h, and the pure electric models include ES 350e and ES 500e.

ES 300h continues Lexus' classic hybrid technology and is equipped with a 2.5L naturally aspirated engine and electric motor combination. The comprehensive system power can reach 160kW. It is matched with an E-CVT gearbox and has a fuel consumption of as low as 4.8L per 100 kilometers.

In terms of pure electric models, the ES 350e is equipped with a front-mounted single motor with a maximum power of 200kW, a peak torque of 430N·m, and a CLTC cruising range of 600km.

ES 500e adopts a dual-motor layout at the front and rear, with a comprehensive system power of 300kW and a peak torque of 700N·m. It can accelerate from zero to 100 seconds in just 4.9 seconds and has a CLTC cruising range of 550km.

In addition, the Lexus Shanghai factory will be completed in the second half of 2026, and related new cars are expected to be unveiled in 2027.
