AI6 with LPDDR6 memory resolves these design compromises and incorporates many new innovative ideas. It will achieve a true doubling of AI5 performance using the 2nm process at the Samsung factory in Texas at the same photolithography size. AI6.5 will utilize the 2nm process at the TSMC factory in Arizona to further improve performance.
