Not only that, the test team conducted multiple retests to verify the results. When the test conditions and other control variables are consistent, the test vehicle can stably run into the 30-meter mark.
It is reported that during the performance development process, the R&D team used independent decomposition tools to decompose the performance indicators covering handling, stability, smoothness, and braking into suspension, wheels, and braking systems, and designed and optimized eight characteristic indicators such as locking suspension pitch, tire adhesion, IBC pressure build-up, throttling, maximum assist, ABS calibration, brake fluid demand, and locking pressure.
The braking system independently builds a high-precision brake electro-hydraulic simulation model to improve the millisecond-level response speed of the braking system;
The actual vehicle is equipped with the independent Top IBC, which optimizes ABS control through calibration, so that excellent wheel dynamics can be maintained during transient pitch of vehicle braking and the optimal wheel slip rate can be achieved;
At the same time, the IBC is prevented from sucking back fluid during the entire braking process to ensure continuous output of high deceleration;
The suspension system optimizes the CDC shock absorber control algorithm, quickly adjusts the damping characteristics, suppresses vehicle pitching vibration, and achieves collaborative optimization of vertical disturbances of front and rear axle loads.
The rim system is developed in cooperation with the domestic independent Linglong Tire, constantly optimizing the shape of the tread, shoulder and sidewall to make the tire contact pressure more uniform and the contact area larger, ultimately increasing the tire's longitudinal adhesion coefficient by 30%.
