In a recent letter to shareholders, Take-Two Interactive once again confirmed that "Grand Theft Auto 6" will be released as scheduled on November 19, 2026. The company's CEO Strauss Zelnick said in the letter that this highly anticipated work will become a "key turning point" for the company's 2027 fiscal year.

In his letter, Zelnick first reviewed the performance of fiscal year 2026 (ending March 2026). Take-Two achieved $6.72 billion in net bookings (Net Bookings) during the fiscal year, approximately $750 million of which exceeded the company's initial guidance. Zelnick called the results "remarkable," with all of his labels exceeding internal expectations.
Looking forward to fiscal year 2027 (April 2026 to March 2027), Zelnick made it clear: "Fiscal year 2027 is expected to be a major turning point for the company, and its core is "GTA6" planned to be released on November 19."

Take-Two expects net bookings in fiscal 2027 to reach $8 billion to $8.2 billion, an increase of approximately 19% to 22% compared to fiscal 2026.
