Now, Shanghai Shentie has announced that the largest and deepest stations on the airport connection line have been capped. in,Sanlin South Station is the largest station on the airport connection line and one of the largest station projects currently under construction in Shanghai.
Sanlin South Station is located on the southwest side of the intersection of S20 Outer Ring Expressway and Puxing Highway in Pudong New Area. It runs east-west along the S20 Outer Ring Expressway. It is an underground four-story double-island fourth-line station with 12 entrances and exits. It has the conditions for interchange with Line 19 under construction. The total length of the station is approximately 667.5 meters and the total construction area is 90,474 square meters.

Huajing Station is the station with the deepest excavation for the airport connection line, and is currently one of the deepest station projects under construction in Shanghai.
Huajing Station is located on the south side of the intersection of Huazhan Road and Pingchi Road, Meilong Town, Minhang District. It is a four-story underground side station with two entrances and exits. It has transfer conditions with Metro Line 15 and Line 19 under construction. The total length of the station is about 563 meters, and the deepest excavation of the foundation pit is about 44 meters.
