[The top 15 Hong Kong stocks with net purchases by Korean investors in the first three quarters totaled a total net purchase of approximately US$228 million] On October 11, data from the Korea Securities Depository and Clearing Institute Information Portal (SEIBro) showed that in the first three quarters of 2026 (settlement date January 1 to September 30), the top 15 Hong Kong stocks with net purchases by Korean investors totaled a net purchase of approximately US$228 million. During the same period, the top 15 A shares had a total net purchase of approximately US$79.87 million. Among them, the net purchase amount of Global X China Semiconductor ETF topped the list, with a net purchase amount of US$52.57 million in the first three quarters. In terms of A-shares, in the first three quarters, memory chip leader Changxin Technology was favored by Korean investors, and its net purchases accounted for more than half of the top 15 A-share companies. A-share growth sectors such as semiconductors, 5G communications, and power batteries are also favored. Entering October, after Zhongji InnoLight’s H shares ranked second in net buying of Hong Kong stocks in the first three quarters, its A shares topped the list of net buying of A shares since October.
