The prices of RTX 50 series graphics cards have begun to fall sharply, and some models have dropped by thousands of yuan in a short period of time. According to CCTV Finance reports, previously stimulated by rumors of overseas production suspensions, the price of RTX 50 series graphics cards has increased for 11 consecutive trading days.
However, starting from October 28, the market suddenly turned downward.
Among them,
the price of RTX 5080 dropped from the highest price of nearly 20,000 yuan to about 16,000 yuan, a drop of about 20% from the high point.
Regarding recent price fluctuations, some Huaqiangbei merchants said that due to agents and merchants stocking up in advance, market prices have fluctuated greatly, and even the quotes in the morning and afternoon may change.
Although graphics card prices have dropped recently, the overall market price is still at a high level.
Currently,
the average price of RTX 50 series mainstream graphics cards is still 1.7 times the recommended retail price, and the previous larger price increases have not yet been fully digested.
It is worth noting that price changes in the Huaqiangbei graphics card market have also attracted the attention of overseas buyers.
According to reports, overseas merchants have recently visited stores intensively to inquire about prices, and cross-border procurement of hardware such as graphics cards and memory has increased significantly.
Some merchants revealed that
in October this year, sales from foreign customers accounted for more than 50% of their total sales, and overseas procurement demand has become an important source of business.
From rising for 11 consecutive trading days to a rapid correction starting on October 28, the RTX 50 series graphics cards have recently experienced a significant round of price fluctuations.
However, the current price drop in the graphics card market is more reflected in the correction of the excessively rapid increase in the early period. The average price of mainstream models is still much higher than the official recommended retail price.
