Abstract:
The hardware monitoring tool HWiNFO recently released the latest beta version v8.55-6115. In its update log, a number of hardware product names that have not yet been officially released unexpectedly appeared, including AMD's unannounced Radeon RX 7500 graphics card and Intel's next-generation Razor Lake series processors. This discovery has once again drawn attention to the future PC hardware roadmap.

According to the update content, HWiNFO has added recognition support for "AMD Radeon RX 7500". However, the changelog only mentions the product name and does not reveal any technical specifications, core configurations or release schedule. Therefore, information about this graphics card is still very limited at the moment.
Judging from the existing product line, the industry generally speculates that the RX 7500 may be based on the 6-nanometer "Navi 33" graphics core. The core is currently used in the Radeon RX 7400 with 28 compute units and the Radeon RX 7600 with a full 32 compute unit configuration. If the RX 7500 is indeed positioned between the two, its positioning in terms of performance and specifications will face greater challenges, because AMD has relatively limited space to differentiate product levels.

It is worth noting that this is not the first time that RX 7500 has appeared in rumors. As early as 2024, when news about the RX 7400 and RX 7300 was first exposed, news of the "RX 7500 XT" desktop graphics card had circulated on the market, but no further information has been released, so the final existence of this product has not been confirmed.
In addition to AMD graphics cards, this HWiNFO beta version also strengthens support for Intel's future processor platforms, including Nova Lake-E and multiple model series such as Razor Lake-H, Razor Lake-HX and Razor Lake-S.
Razor Lake is considered to be a new generation product platform after Nova Lake, but Intel has not yet officially announced relevant plans. However, there have been increasing signs recently that development work is progressing. Earlier this week, CPU-Z developer CPUID added Razor Lake support to the CPU-Z 3.02 version, while HWiNFO added preliminary identification capabilities for Razor Lake-AX as early as August this year.
According to the current leaked roadmap information, the first batch of Nova Lake-S desktop processors are not expected to be released until the first quarter of 2027. This means that Razor Lake, which is positioned as its follow-up product, may still be quite some time away from its official launch.
Analysts believe that although the update of hardware monitoring and identification software does not mean that the product is about to be released, the relevant support content often means that manufacturers have begun to provide product identification information to partners. Before the official announcement, such software updates often become an important window for the outside world to observe the future hardware layout.
The names of unreleased Radeon RX 7500 and Razor Lake series processors also appeared in the HWiNFO beta version, indicating that both AMD and Intel are preparing for the next phase of their product lines. However, before the two companies officially announce detailed plans, the relevant specifications, performance positioning and launch time still need to be further confirmed.
