On September 15, at today’s 2026 MediaTek Dimensity flagship new product launch conference, in addition to Dimensity 9600 Pro, MediaTek also brought another chip-Dimensity 9600M.
Officially stated that the processor "has the same flagship genes and has all the flagship-level experiences". It adopts a full-core CPU + Dimensity intelligent computing fusion architecture, flagship GPU + neural network rendering architecture, and also has a performance + energy-efficiency dual NPU architecture, which can empower active AI experiences. According to MediaTek’s official definition, the new Dimensity 9600M processor is “committed to meeting more diverse flagship needs.”
Earlier, Dimensity 9600 The Pro processor is officially released, positioning it as the flagship 5G smart AI chip: 2nm process, 4.55GHz dual ultra-large cores, and 120-frame light chasing mobile games.
