Abstract:
Microsoft announced that Copilot for Legal is now available for lawyers and corporate legal teams, aiming to embed tasks such as contract drafting, review, negotiation, and case material collection into Microsoft 365 workflows. The new product builds on the previously launched Legal Agent and integrates more than 20 legal-specific skills and partner plug-ins into Copilot. Microsoft says it can be used to handle sensitive legal work, but the final judgment and document modification are still controlled by professionals.
