Netizens actually tested the RTX Spark notebook in the store, and its performance was slightly inferior to the RTX 5060.

Abstract:

NVIDIA RTX Spark notebooks are arriving in stores one after another. A netizen has found a way to score without spending money: after he discovered the ASUS ProArt P16 display machine in an electronics store in France, he directly downloaded FurMark to test its graphics performance.

According to his own account, this move almost got him kicked out of the store.

The test was conducted at 1080P (1920×1080) resolution, and this notebook is equipped with 24GB of unified memory. This detail is crucial because this is the cheapest entry-level configuration of RTX Spark.

Although the evaluation media will release the first wave of reviews on the 16th, and will most likely focus on the flagship model with 128GB memory, the 24GB version is the product that more consumers can actually afford.

The user recorded a short video showing the running process. He originally wanted to run 3DMark Time Spy, but was unable to download other software, and was almost asked out by the store clerk.

In terms of performance, although FurMark is essentially a GPU stress testing tool, it can also reflect a certain graphics performance. Actual measurements show that the frame rate of this RTX Spark notebook is approximately 123 FPS.

Compared with the FurMark database, this result is lower than the GeForce RTX 5060 notebook version (142 FPS), and even lower than the desktop version RTX 5050 (130 FPS).

In terms of specifications, the model under test is the ASUS ProArt P16 entry-level configuration, equipped with 24GB LPDDR5X unified memory, equipped with an RTX Spark N1X processor, and a Blackwell RTX GPU with 18 Grace CPU cores and 5120 CUDA cores.

Higher versions have 20 CPU cores, 6144 CUDA cores and larger unified memory capacity.

ASUS has now started pre-sales for ProArt P16 and P14 in the North American market, and they are expected to officially arrive on October 16.
