Abstract:

In order to strengthen airspace safety management in the capital area, maintain air flight order, and ensure the safety of important ground targets and people's lives and property, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and with reference to international practices, my country will establish a no-fly zone in the capital and surrounding areas. It will be effective from September 20, 2026. It will mainly restrict some flight activities except civil aviation flights, emergency rescue, etc., and will not affect people's travel by flight.

Carrying out flight activities within the no-fly zone of the capital must strictly comply with relevant requirements such as flight approval, communications, target identification, and safety status reporting.

UAVs are prohibited from flying in Beijing. UAVs are not allowed to be possessed or stored, and UAVs are not allowed to be transported or carried into Beijing.
